Katherine Sue (Davis) Potter of Farmington passed away on Saturday, August 21, 2010, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital at the age of 61 years, 5 months, and 16 days. She was born on March 5, 1949, Paragould, AR, daughter of Pauline (McNairy) and the late Rathul Davis. In addition to he father she was preceded in death by her husband, Jewell Potter and two step-sons, David and Stephen Potter. Kathy was a 1967 graduate of the Senath-Hornersville High School. Before retirement, she was most recently employed by the Medical Arts Clinic of Farmington for many years where she served as an Administrative Assistant. She was a faithful member of the First Assembly of God Church of Farmington where she served in the Angel Food Ministry. In her spare time she enjoyed reading, working crossword puzzles with her mother, and spending time with all of her family. Kathy is survived by her mother, Pauline Davis of Farmington, two sons, Chip Dunivan and wife Jennifer of Farmington, and Michael Dunivan and wife Jackie of Park Hills, seven grandchildren, three step-children, Marietta Bone of Fredericktown, Pamela Fox and Mark Potter, both of the State of Idaho, several step-grandchildren, two brothers, John Davis and wife Diane of Arkansas and Paul Davis of Farmington. Friends may call at Cozean Memorial Chapel from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 24, 2010. Visitation will resume on Wednesday at 7 a.m. with a funeral service at 1 p.m. at the Cozean Chapel with Pastor Kevin Davis and Associate Pastor Joe Kochis officiating. Interment will be at Hillview Memorial Gardens in Farmington. Memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or First Assembly of God of Farmington.
