Joyce Nadine Merritt

FARMINGTON Joyce Nadine Merritt, of Farmington, entered into eternal rest on February 14, 2023, at her home at the age of 87. She was born on June 30, 1935, in Bonne Terre, Missouri, to the late Charles and Clara (Ragsdale) Hopkins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Noah Merritt, her great grandson, Noah Dean Southern, and her brother, Charles Hopkins. Joyce is survived by her children, Linda (Frank Lambrecht) Harris of Las Vegas, Carol (Rick) Cook of Farmington, Sandra (Robert) Montgomery of Arnold, and Charles (Cindy Bayless) Merritt of Farmington, her grandchildren, Timothy Southern, Jason Boyer, Ashleigh Montgomery, Brittany Montgomery, Jake Merritt, Ryan Merritt, Kayla Pate, and Kelsey Rolens, her great grandchildren, Angelina Southern, Noel Boyer, Julian Boyer, Carson Hurtz, Kinsley Rolens, Autumn Rolens, Michael Pate, Arianna Pate, and Havana Crouch, along with many friends. Joyce enjoyed NASCAR, reading, and going to the casinos to play poker and slots. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed.
