John Mark Frederick

FARMINGTON - John Mark Frederick of Farmington, passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2014, at Parkland Health Center at the age of 58 years. He was born May 27, 1955 at Bonne Terre, son of the late Anna Mae (Senter) and Lawrence Edward Frederick, Sr. Mark was a retired machinist and aircraft mechanic. He was a long-time and member of St. Paul Lutheran Church where he faithfully attended worship and Bible study. He enjoyed working on engines,particularly aircraft and motorcycles. He also enjoyed music, playing piano, guitar, and singing. He was a kind and loving brother, a devoted son, and a friend to many. He will be missed by all those who knew and loved him including his sister Janice (Mr.s Tim) Saniter of Watertown, WI, brother Rev. Lawrence E. (Diane) Frederick, Jr. of Stillwater, MN, his uncle and God-father Hugh Senter of Buckhorn, two nieces, two nephews, and a great-nephew. Many other relatives, neighbors and close friends also remain to mourn his passing. Visitation will be held from 2- 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 16, 2014, at Cozean Memorial Chapel & Crematory. Visitation will resume on Monday at the funeral home from 7 - 9 a.m. A funeral service will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church at 10 a.m. on Monday with Pastor James King officiating. Interment will be in the Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery at Gravelton. In lieu of flowers, the family strongly encourages memorials be made to the St. Paul Lutheran Church Organ Repair Fund.
