John Joseph Ellis

FARMINGTON - John Joseph "Joey" Ellis, Sr, 66, passed away March 1, 2014 at St. Francois Manor in Farmington. He was born November 6, 1947 in St. Louis son of Velma (Raymo) Ellis-Smith and the late John Ellis. He is survived by his mother Velma Smith, children Shellie Myers, Darren Ellis, John Ellis, Jr., Amber Ellis, and Missy Ellis, a sister Debbie Schmidt, and a brother Eugene Ellis, and several other relatives and friends. Friends may call on Friday, March 7, 2014 from 1-2 p.m. at the Cozean Memorial Chapel & Crematory. A graveside service will follow at 2:30 p.m. at the Knights of Pythias Cemetery in Farmington with the Reverend Matt Prihoda officiating.
