Jeremy "Germ" David Vandiver

Jeremy "Germ" David Vandiver passed away on Saturday, April 17, 2010, at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center, at the age of 29 years, 1 month and 7 days. He was born on March 10, 1981, at Sullivan, MO, son of Beverly (Bloom) Vandiver and Allen Vandiver. He was preceded in death by his two grandfathers, David Vandiver and William Bloom and two aunts, Tammy and Sharon Bloom. A lifelong resident of Farmington, Jeremy worked as a carpenter with his dad and brother. In his spare time he enjoyed playing golf, billiards and fishing. Jeremy is survived by his mother, Beverly Vandiver and his step father, Terry; his father, Allen Vandiver; a brother, Jason Vandiver; a niece, Kayla Vandiver; his grandmothers, Viginia Vandiver and Pauline Bloom; his girlfriend, Theresa Moore; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Friends may call at Cozean Memorial Chapel from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21, 2010. Visitation will resume Thursday from 7:00 a.m. until the beginning of the service at 11:00 a.m. with the Reverend Ken Vandiver officiating. Interment will follow at St. Francois Memorial Park in Bonne Terre. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.
