FARMINGTON Jeffrey Louis Carrow entered into eternal rest on September 23, 2020 at St. Louis Children's Hospital at the age of 2 weeks and 6 days. Jeffrey, precious son of Brian Carrow and Amanda Moulton was born prematurely on September 3, 2020, at Barnes Jewish Hospital. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sisters, Laura Carrow and Taylor Carrow, his grandmothers, Tammy Moulton of Roseville, IL and Rosa Holland of Farmington, his grandfather, Lloyd Holland of Farmington, his aunts and uncles, Troy (Summer) Kisner of Roseville, IL, Bryan (Megan) Moulton of Washington, IL, Rick (Mary) Carrow of Manchester, OH, Tina (Keith) Veir of Katy, TX, and Beverly Carrow of Desloge, along with numerous cousins and extended special family members. Jeffrey was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Jeffrey Moulton and Donald Louis Carrow Sr., his aunt, Laura Williams and his uncle, Donald Louis Carrow Jr. A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 from 10:00am until 12:00 noon at Cozean Memorial Chapel. A graveside service will follow at 12:30pm at Copenhagen Cemetery. If attending the visitation, masks are required per the mandate in St. Francois County.
