Janie Paulette Boyer

POPLAR BLUFF - Janie P. Boyer of Poplar Bluff passed away on August 5, 2024, at her home after a long illness at the age of 75. She was born in Lafe, Arkansas on August 12, 1948, to the late Eli and Ouida (Bulter) Williams. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Boyer earlier this year; her brothers, Dewey, Bobby “Sam”, Donald, James “Monk”, and Johnnie; and sisters, Towanna, Bonnie, and Erma.

Janie enjoyed spending quality time with her family and was an avid Cardinal baseball fan.

She will be sorely missed by all who loved her, including her daughter, April (David) Joy of Silva, Missouri; her sons, Tommy Holt of Poplar Bluff and Jerry Brodigan of the state of Louisiana; eleven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
