Janice Madsen

Janice Madsen, of Farmington, passed away May 26, 2015 at the age of 76. She was born on September 6, 1938 in Sioux City, Iowa to the late Bernard Sitzman and Myrna McCandless. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Sitzman and a sister, Karon Smith. Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Louis Charles Madsen; two nieces, Stacey Winter and Kelley Smith-Larson; two nephews, Brad Smith and Jim Sitzman; a sister-in-law, Maureen Sitzman; a brother-in-law, Richard Smith and a special canine companion, Lexie.
