Lavera Jane Kelso of Farmington passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2007, at Mineral Area Medical Center, at the age of 66 years. She was born on June 9, 1941, in Elk City, OK, the daughter of the late Louie D. and Lera (Eggars) Watson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Lee Kelso, first granddaughter, Racheal Marie Maize and brother, Bobby Watson. Jane Kelso was a loving wife, beloved sister, dear aunt and a mother to all who entered her home. She was a precious sweet momma of eight children, James Lowe (Diane) of Sherwood, AR, James Kelso (Katie) of St. Louis, Michael Kelso (Cindy) of Farmington, Cecelia Smith of Bauxite, AR, Debra Kettle (Russell) of the State of Texas, LaRenna Davis (Cliff) of Farmington, Rebecca Randall (Brad) of Umatilla, FL, and Jayne Anderson (Jim) of Farmington, two brothers, Terry Watson of Twin Falls, ID, and Gary Watson of the State of Texas, 21 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive. Friends may call at Cozean Memorial Chapel from 5 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, August 14, 2007. Visitation will resume at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday. A funeral service will be held at the Cozean Chapel on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. John Kammermann officiating. Burial will follow at Knights of Pythias Cemetery in Farmington.
