James Roger Crawford

FREDERICKTOWN James Roger Crawford, 62, of Fredericktown, passed away January 28, 2016 at his residence after a long illness. He was born in Graniteville, Missouri to the late Charles and Violet (Gaston) Crawford. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Robert Crawford and Fred Crawford; a sister, Patty Browers and a daughter-in-law, Danielle Crawford.

James proudly served his country as an infantryman in the U. S. Army stationed in Alaska. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He worked for many years in the tree trimming business.

Survivors include his wife of 45 years Ellen May (Usher) Crawford; two sons, Michael Crawford and David Crawford; four grandchildren, Theron, Dalton, Emma and Caitlyn; sisters, Judy (Gary) Pingleton and Bev (Jim) Myers; a brother, Gene Crawford; nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
