Jack Lee Mahan

FARMINGTON Jack Lee Mahan, of Farmington, entered eternal rest on March 17, 2024, at Mercy South at the age of 81. He was born on August 3, 1942, in Paoli, Indiana, to Clarence and Amy Mahan. Jack worked as the head general merchandise buyer for Wetterau Incorporated which then became Supervalu. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals and Indiana University basketball fan. He enjoyed watching sports, reading, and going to the Farmington Public Library where he often donated books. Jack is survived by his children, Kelley Easley of Farmington and Christoper Mahan of Maplewood, his grandson, Zach (Aliyah) Easley of Cordova, TN, his former spouse, Nancy Mahan of Farmington, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends. Jack was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, Donald Mahan, Leroy Mahan, Elizabeth Mahan, and Marie Mahan. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at Hillview Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations, may be made to the Farmington Public Library, 101 North A Street, Farmington, MO 63640 or to the Alzheimer Association, 11433 Olde Cabin Road, Suite 100, St Louis, MO 63141.
