Jack Gibson

Jack D. Gibson of Farmington passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2009 at his residence at the age of 87 years. He was born on September 19, 1921, at Lake City, AR, son of the late Greenup and Maybell (Parliament) Gibson. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Helen L. (Holt) Gibson, a daughter, Glenda (Mrs. Tom) Wampler of Farmington, two grandchildren, Christine (Mrs. Clifford) Clark and Wayne Storie and wife Rebecca, and great-grandchildren, Brenden, Allison, Brady, Blake and Addison Clark, and Morgan, Amber, Aubrey Storie, and his faithful dog, Spanky. Numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive. The family will receive friends at Cozean Memorial Chapel from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2009.
