Imogene Dunlap

FARMINGTON Imogene Dunlap passed away April 12, 2017 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus at the age of 86. She was born May 14, 1931 to the late Prince Albert Douglas and Maggie (Williams) Douglas. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Rhonda J. Cox and her son, Kenneth C. Dunlap. She was also preceded in death by two brothers and her former husband and father of her children, Kenneth Dunlap.

Imogene, or "G.G." as her great granddaughters called her, was an energetic and independent woman who was very self sufficient and sparky. She enjoyed playing cards and a good martini. Her grandchildren were precious to her and she loved them dearly.

Survivors are her son-in-law, Dennis Cox; grandchildren, Kyle (Lori) Cox, Cody Dunlap and Allie Treaster; great granddaughters, Eva and Anna Cox and best friend Marilyn Hartnett..
