Hubert Ernest H. E. Williams of Farmington, son of the late Elec and Genevieve DuVall Williams, passed away May 7, 2009, at his home at the age of 83 years. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Jean Anne (Field) Williams, by three brothers, Adrian, Floyd, and Velvie Williams, and by four sisters, Corine, Anna, Okie, Elzine. For many years Mr. Williams owned and operated the H.E. Williams Termite Pest Control Company, which he founded in 1959. He was also a member of the Memorial United Methodist Church and the Saline Masonic Lodge No. 226 at St. Mary. He served his nation in the U.S. Army during World War II. He is survived by two sons, Ashley and wife Pam Williams and Bryan Williams both of Farmington; two daughters, Melanie (Mrs. Kevin) Bullard of Farmington and Suzanne Kittel of Gonzales, TX; five grandchildren, Lauren and Salvador Williams, Ethan and Kaitlyn Bullard, and Adam Kittel; a brother, Ed Williams of Afton; and two sisters, Genevieve Able of Festus and Luella Tellez of the State of Arizona. Friends may call at the Cozean Memorial Chapel on Sunday, May 10, from 4 to 9 p.m., with a Saline Masonic Lodge No. 226 service at 7 p.m. Visitation will resume at 7 a.m. on Monday, followed by a funeral service at the Cozean Chapel at 11 a.m., with Dr. Rick Broadway officiating. Burial will be at the Haney Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Saline Masonic Lodge No. 226, the St. Francois County Relay for Life, or the Mineral Area Quail Unlimited organization.
