Henry Ellison Haggard of Farmington passed away Friday, September 9, 2011, at the Jefferson Regional Medical Center at the age of 57 years. He was born May 28, 1954, at Kennett, son of the late William Ellison and Loreen Velma (Revelle) Haggard. Henry was a member of the First Assembly of God Church of Park Hills where he served as the church treasurer and a board member. Henry was also a member and past Exalted Ruler of the Farmington Elks Lodge, past president of the Farmington ECMO Shrine Club, and a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason of the Pendelton A.F. & A.M. Lodge 551. Henry was a civil engineer and retired from MoDOT after 33years of service. Henry will be missed by all those who knew and loved him, including his wife, Janet L. Haggard of Farmington, son Joseph and wife Amanda Haggard of Troy, MO, three granddaughters Alexis, Crystal, and Alyssa Haggard all of Troy, MO, and numerous nieces, nephews, close friends and other relatives also survive. Henry's family will receive friends at the Cozean Memorial Chapel on Monday, September 12, 2011, from 5 until 9 p.m. with Masonic Rites at 6 p.m. and a B.P.O.E. Service at 7 p.m. Visitation will resume on Tuesday at 7 a.m. with a funeral service at 1 p.m. at the Cozean Chapel with the Reverend Edward Bennett officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery.
