Heather Jean Rusan

BONNE TERRE Heather Jean Rusan of Bonne Terre passed away suddenly on December 15, 2019 at the age of 39 doing what she often did, helping others. She was born October 22, 1980 in St. Louis to Roger "Dale" Weiler and Pamela (Miller) Merriman. Heather was a people person who was very giving and selfless. She was full of life and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Heather is survived by her husband, Donald Rusan of Bonne Terre, her parents, Roger "Dale" Weiler and wife Sharon of Farmington and Pamela (Miller) Merriman and husband Jeremy of Farmington, her children, Shyla Scott and husband Maverick, Shilean Hoffman, Braden Lawson, Travis Weiler,and Tassia Rusan all of Bonne Terre, grandchildren, Treyvian Scott, Princeton Lawson, Khali Lawson and Dreyvious Scott, her siblings, Travis Weiler of Bonne Terre, Gerald Thompson of Fredericktown, and Ashley Weiss and husband Travis of Bonne Terre, along with many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Walter Dale Weiler and her nephew, London Weiss. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 21 at 10:00am at Cozean Memorial Chapel.
