George Bone

August 30, 1951 — September 15, 2017

FARMINGTON George Bone passed away September 15, 2017 at his residence in Farmington at the age of 66. He was born August 30, 1951 in Louisville, KY to the late James Wesley Bone and Opal Mae (Dobson) Bone. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond John Humphries.

George grew up in many locations as a son of an Army Sgt., to include Kentucky, Virginia, California, North Carolina, Texas, Oklahoma and Missouri, as well as Tirrenia, Italy. His many years of working included a career in auto mechanics, welding, salsa dancing and as a machinist. In his spare time George enjoyed watching television, golfing, riding his Harley and home repair projects.

Survivors include his wife, Christi; two children, Kyle Bone (Jenni) of DeSoto, Stephanie Dawn Weber (John) of Arnold, Randi Bess (Josh); step children, Franiel Blair Jose, Freziene Hally Jose and Franzine Patti Jose; six grandchildren, Sarah Jackson (Billy), Savannah Weber, John Michel Weber, Luke Bone, Henry Bone, Eleanor Bone, Colton Bess and Cooper Bess; two great-grandchildren, Mary Jackson and William Jackson and one on the way; a brother, Jim Bone (Eileen) of Waterville, WA and a sister, Alma Jean Sigler of the state of Illinois; and a host of extended family.

Friends may call on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at Cozean Memorial Chapel & Crematory from 5 8 p.m. Visitiation will resume on Wednesday at 7 a.m. with services to begin at 10 a.m. in the Cozean Chapel with Chaplain Bill Skaggs officiating. Interment will follow at Knights of Pythias Cemetery in Farmington, Missouri. Memorials, if desired, may be made to Missouri Baptist Disaster Relief.
