Gayle Robbins

FARMINTON Gayle N. Robbins, 64 years, passed away March 31, 2018 at his residence in Farmington. He was born July 24, 1953, in St. Louis, Missouri, to the late Warren Robbins and Lucy (nee Leach) Robbins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Miranda Robbins.

Gayle proudly served his country as a veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of Pipefitters Local 439, VFW Post 5896 of Farmington, Elks Lodge 1765 of Farmington and the Amvets Post 113. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and working outdoors at his property.

Survivors include his sons, Eric (Patty Thomure) Robbins and Treston Robbins, daughter, Audrey Cunningham, stepchildren, Crystal King, Tonya Montgomery, and Jeffrey King, former wife and special companion, Ruby Robbins, his dog, Gizzy, an aunt, many cousins, stepgrandchildren and friends.

Friends may call on Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at Cozean Memorial Chapel from 5-8 p.m. Visitation will resume at 7 a.m. on Thursday morning until time of service beginning at 10 a.m. in the Cozean Chapel. Interment with full military honors at Parkview Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Hope Lodge, 4215 Lindell Boulevard, St Louis, MO 63108.
