Gary Dale Moore

FRENCH VILLAGE - Gary Dale Moore, of French Village, passed away at his home at Goose Creek Lake on September 5, 2020 at the age of 50. He was born in Kirkwood, Missouri on October 9, 1969 to Gary L. Moore and Romona (McDowell) Moore, who survive. Gary was a roofing contractor having worked on many commercial construction sites. When he wasn't working his life revolved around his Harley Davidson motorcycle. Riding his bike was his passion. Fishing the Big River in a jon boat was also a favorite activity. Survivors in addition to his parents include a son, Brandon Rowden of Cedar Hill, two brothers, Eric and Lonnie Moore; a sister, Carissa Powell, all of Marion, Kentucky; two half-sisters, Rachel Goitter of Oklahoma and Melissa Haverstick of Fenton, Missouri; eight nieces and nephews and eight great nieces and nephews. Also surviving is his companion, Holly Shanks and her daughters, Lauren and Ashley. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Share your condolences at cozeanfuneralhome.com.
