FARMINGTON - Gale Forsythe of Farmington passed away December 22, 2014 at the age of 58. She was born October 3, 1956 in Bethpage, NY the daughter of the late Daniel Paul and Mary Elizabeth Centrone. Gale was a Navy wife who lived in many places throughout her adult life. Her passions included being a devoted mother to her three children. She never missed an opportunity to be involved in all of her childrens' various activities as they grew up. Her Italian heritage was something she cherished and incorporated into her daily life. In later years, Gale became a grandmother and ultimately has enjoyed spoiling them and doting on them. She will be remembered most by her family as a passionate, selfless person who put others before herself. Survivors include her husband of 31 years, Steven Carl Forsythe; three children, Daniel Forsythe, Katherine (William) Deer and Stephanie Forsythe; three grandchildren, Alexandria Marie, Allina Rene and Roylan Jace Deer; two sisters, Linda (Warren) Greaver and Joyce Tietelbaum; one brother, Daniel Centrone and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family. A memorial service will be held Monday, December 29, 2014 at 2 p.m. at the Cozean Memorial Chapel. Memorials, if desired, may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
