Eva Rimert

Eva Rimert Eva Rimert of Farmington passed away on Sunday, August 5, 2007, at the Presbyterian Manor, at the age of 94 years. She was born on May 23, 1913, at Dixon, SD, the daughter of the late Christ and Margaret (Giske) Specht. On February 27, 1946, she was united in marriage to Allan Wood Rimert, who preceded her in death. During World War II she served in the U.S. Navy as a nurse. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion Post 404 of St. Louis. She is survived by a niece, Helen Warner of the State of Michigan. Friends may call at Cozean Memorial Chapel from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, August. 9, 2007., followed by a funeral service at 7 p. m. with the Rev. John Nipper officiating. Burial at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Presbyterian Childrens Home, Farmington, MO.
