Eula Glendora Wells

FARMINGTON - Eula Glendora Wells, 96, passed away Friday July 20, 2012 at Parkland Health Center. She was born May 18, 1916 at Womack, daughter of the late William H. and Virgie L. (Umfleet) Johnson. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Leroy Wells, son Jerry Wells, three brothers, and a sister. Eula was a homemaker, and enjoyed spending time with her family. In years past she enjoyed camping and traveling with Leroy. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her including two daughters, Joyce (Ronnie) Skaggs of Desloge and Judy (John) Kassabaum of Farmington, seven grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren, and two sisters Trula Hahn of St. Louis and Erma Hopkins of Farmington, sister-in-law Edna Johnson of Pennsylvania, and brother-in-law Jim Wells of Jefferson City. Many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends also survive. Per Eula's request there will be no formal services. She will be laid to rest next to her husband Leroy at Hillview Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
