Elliott 'Tracy' Killian

FARMINGTON - Elliott "Tracy" Killian of Farmington passed away on May 16, 2023 at his home at the age of 60. He was born in Bonne Terre, Missouri on December 10, 1962 to the late Robert Elmer Killian and Norma Ruth (Pritchett) Killian. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Jim Killian and George Killian and one sister-in-law, Sherry Killian. Tracy grew up in St. Francois County living in the country, a member of a large family. He was a graduate of Farmington High School, Class of 1981. He went on to enlist in the United States Air Force where he proudly served his country for four years. Upon his return to civilian life, he worked for the Farmington Public School system for many years. He was an accomplished woodworker who made many pieces for family and friends. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, camping and biking. Tracy had a keen sense of humor and was known to be a prankster at times. His determination and strong will were the traits that helped him to meticulously carry through to the end with any project. Survivors include two sons, Elijah Killian and Isaac Killian; three brothers, Fred (Sandy) Killian, John (Renee) Killian and Jesse (Sheila) Killian; sisters-in-law Karen Killian and Paulette Killian; many nieces, nephews and extended family. There will be a memorial gathering on May 26, 2023 from 10 a.m. until the memorial service beginning at 1 p.m. with Pastor Fred Killian officiating.
