E. Dwaine Pinkston

FARMINGTON - E. Dwaine Pinkston, of Farmington, passed away April 21, 2022, in his home at the age of 65. He was born March 21, 1957, at Bonne Terre to Ernest L. and Rosetta (Eaton) Pinkston who survive. Dwaine was married to his high school sweetheart, Vicki Matthews. Together they have three wonderful children and five wonderful grandchildren. Dwaine dedicated every moment of his life to his family. Anyone who knew him knew they could count on him. He left a lasting impression with everyone he met. Dwaine was the true definition of kind; he was thoughtful, generous, honest and a jokester. He never met a stranger, and his sense of humor had a way of making everything better. He also took great pleasure in fishing and hunting with his children and grandchildren. The old adage, "They dont make them like they used to" was never more true. He was one of a kind and he will be greatly missed. Survivors in addition to his parents include his wife, Vicki (Matthews) Pinkston, his children, Megan Pinkston, Kortney (Gary) Nichols and Alex Pinkston, his grandchildren, Annabelle, Aizley, Braxton, Remy and Brandon, his siblings, Gary (Jackie) Pinkston and Pam Agnew, his sister-in-law, Kathy (Tom) Donze, and brothers-in-law, Steven Matthews, Chris Matthews and Tom (Denise) McDermott. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date for friends and family.
