BISMARCK - Dorothy Marie Stebleton, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2024, at Delmar Gardens South in St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 69. She was born on February 23, 1955, in Ironton, Missouri, to the late Charles Tilley and E. Irene (Morris) Tilley. She was the beloved wife of the late Steven Lee Stebleton, whose memory she held close to her heart.

Dorothy's life was marked by her dedication to helping others, a calling she fulfilled through her work as a Registered Nurse. After earning her Associate Degree of Applied Science in Nursing at Jefferson College in 1985, she served with unwavering commitment at Mercy Hospital Jefferson for a decade. After moving to Indiana, she continued to make a difference at Wishard Memorial Hospital as a trauma nurse for more than 20 years. In addition to nursing, she earned her Commercial Driver’s License, working as a professional truck driver with her husband.

Her love for service extended beyond her professional life. Dorothy was an Ordained Ministerial member of the People Full Gospel Church in Indiana. Dorothy was deeply involved in various ministries, including music, prison, and biker ministries, touching lives and spreading joy through her faith and generosity. Her creative spirit found expression in her artwork and music, which brought beauty and inspiration to all who knew her.

Dorothy's legacy is carried on by her siblings, S. Patricia (Randall) Radford, Marcia (Robert) Politte, Thomas Tilley, and Lisa (Michael) Matzker, as well as her half-siblings, Charles (Deanna) Tilley and Michael Tilley. She was a treasured aunt to several nieces and nephews and a dear friend to many, all of whom will miss her loving, thoughtful, and kind presence.
