Donna Jean Thurmond

FARMINGTON Donna Jean Thurmond, of Farmington, entered eternal rest on April 1, 2024, at her daughters home surrounded by her loved ones at the age of 67. She was born on February 28, 1957, in Ironton, Missouri, to Donald Cooper Sr. and Norma (Sloss) Cooper. Donna is survived by her husband, Donald Thurmond, her daughter, Melissa (Matt) ONeail of Farmington, her grandchildren, Layne and Sawyer, her former spouse, Gary Ford of Arnold, her sister-in-law, Carol Cooper along with many friends. Donna was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Donald "Butch" Cooper Jr. Donna previously worked as an insurance agent. She was a member of Grace Point Pentecostal Church. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed. A visitation will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. at Cozean Memorial Chapel officiated by Pastor Jay ONeail and Pastor Ernest ONeail.
