Diana Lynn Chilton

Diana Lynn Chilton of Farmington passed away Saturday, November 12, 2011 in her home at the age of 55 years. She was born February 6, 1956, at Bonne Terre, to the late Delbertha (Crabdree) and Robert Lee Chilton, Sr. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, David Tedder, Sr. A resident of Farmington all of her life, Diana was a 1974 graduate of Farmington High School. After graduation she went to work as a unit secretary at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center where she was employed for twenty years. In her spare time Diana enjoyed crocheting and caring for her beloved pets, Jaynie and Sammy Jo. She loved being a doting aunt to her nieces and nephews. Survivors include her brothers and sisters, Roberta (Mrs. Darrell) Barron, Janice Tedder, Robert Chilton, Rick Chilton and wife Sandy and Roger Chilton and wife Demetria. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews. There will be a gathering of family and friends at Cozean Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, November 15, from 5 to 8 p.m. with a special memorial service at 7 p.m. in the Cozean Chapel.
