Deborah Kathryn Clim

Deborah Kathryn Clim of Farmington passed away on August 27, 2006 at her residence at the age of 46 years. She was born on August 13, 1960, at Bonne Terre, the daughter of Roderick Sitzes, and the late Darleen (Cissell) Sitze. She was preceded in death by her mother, Darleen Sitzes, and her grandmother, Nettie Cissell. Deborah worked as a secretary, Realtor and office manager in the Farmington area. She was a loving and dedicated mother. She is survived by her father, Roderick Sitzes, and wife, Helene Sitzes, of Park Hills, two sons Anthony and Randy Clim of Farmington, three brothers Ronney Sitze, and Gary Sitzes both of Farmington, and Larry Sitzes of Granite City, IL. She is also survived by a sister, Carol George of Platte City, MO, and by her fianc, Jim Smith of Farmington, and many dear friends Friends may call at the Cozean Memorial Chapel from 5 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, August 30, 2006. Visitation will resume on Thursday at 7:30 a.m. with a funeral service at 11 a.m. at the Cozean Chapel. Burial will follow at New Calvary Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
