FARMINGTON Darlene Jane Thomas, of Farmington, passed away on February 11, 2021 at Evelyn's House in Creve Coeur at the age of 63. She was born on June 21, 1957, in Longview, Washington to the late Ray and Ella (Harris) Kiefer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her great granddaughter, Luna Santuff and her sister, Linda Kiefer. Darlene is survived by her children, Donald (Melissa) Thomas of Warrenton, Christina (Troy) Wakefield of Poplar Bluff, and Nicholas Thomas of Farmington, her grandchildren, Kaitlin (Tim) Bretz, Tyler (Amber) Clinton, Autumn (Dominic) Santuff, Justice Thomas, Gage Thomas and Avaya Thomas, her great grandchildren, Reagan, Hazel, Addi, Levi, Timond, and Elsie, her siblings, Michael Hart, Sharon Hart, and Sue Kiefer, her former husband and friend, Donald Richard Thomas of Ellington along with several nieces, nephews, and friends. Darlene was a former volunteer for the Farmington Pet Adoption Center and the Farmington Ministerial Alliance. She enjoyed crocheting, painting, woodworking, reading, and recreating antique dolls. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. A celebration of Darlene's life will be held at a later date.
