Survivors include his parents, Lindell and Dorene Clubb of Farmington and two brothers, Mike and Marty and wife, Stephanie, a sister, Becky Clubb; one niece, three nephews and a host of extended family. Friends may call at Cozean Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, August 7 at 9 a.m. until the service beginning at 10 a.m. in the Cozean Chapel.
