Curtis Randy Wisely

FARMINGTON Curtis Randy Wisely, of Farmington, entered into eternal rest on July 3, 2022, at his home surrounded by his loved ones at the age of 64. He was born on July 30, 1957, in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Elsa Eugene and Adeline (Heller) Wisely. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Gregory Wisely and his sister, Lola Rearden. Curtis is survived by his wife of 19 years, Louise (Cantrell) Wisely, his daughter, Jamie Wisely, his son, Curtis R. Wisely Jr., his sister, Sandra DeNoyer, six stepchildren, numerous grandchildren and step grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family members. Also surviving is his best friend of over 50 years, Tony Doroso, who was like a brother to him, and his special canine companion, Cookie. Curtis grew up in St. Louis and proudly served his country as a veteran of the United States Army National Guard Reserves. He loved to play baseball, cork ball, and he enjoyed playing pool, going to the horse races and the casinos. He was a loving person to his family. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Stone Church Cemetery located at 24010 State Route WW, Ste. Genevieve Missouri, 63670 officiated by Ollie DeNoyer.
