Curtis Hill

Wm. Curtis Hill of Farmington passed away on October 15, 2006 at Presbyterian Manor at the age of 89 years. He was born on September 11, 1917, at Fredericktown, the son of the late James Henry and Martha Mae (Heines) Hill. He was also preceded in death by a brother, John R. Hill and a great-granddaughter. Mr. Hill was a member of the Farmington Christian Church Disciples of Christ. He retired from Trimfoot Shoe Company after 35 years of service and was a life time farmer. He is survived by his loving wife, Hattie (Clark) Hill, son, Thomas J. (Shirley) Hill of Farmington, daughter, Barbara (Leeman) Schwent of Ste. Genevieve, six grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren. A host of other relatives and friends also survive. Friends may call at the Cozean Memorial Chapel from 5 to 9 p.m. on Monday, October 16, 2006. Visitation will resume at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday with a funeral service at 10 a.m. at the Cozean Chapel with the Rev. Dale Berck officiating. Burial will follow at Hillview Memorial Gardens.
