Corrine Eunice Horton

Corrine Eunice (Wood) Horton, 95, passed away August 9, 2013 at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center in Farmington. She was born December 11, 1917 in St. Louis daughter of the late Everett N. and Agnes C. (Payne) Wood. She moved to southern California in 1936 and married Stanley Charles Horton of Belgrade on November 16, 1936 at Tijuana, Mexico. The couple made their home on the west coast for 63 years until beloved husband passed away in Medford, Oregon on December 10, 1999. She is survived by her daughter Linda Pieri of Farmington, two grandsons, their wives, and one great-grandson. In accordance with Corinne's wishes, there will be no formal services. Corrine will be laid to rest next to her husband and parents at the Caledonia Methodist Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Cozean Memorial Chapel & Crematory.
