Corinne F. Crecelius

Corinne Faye Crecelius of Farmington passed away on Monday, April 22, 2013, at the age of 84. She was born on June 21, 1928, in St. Louis, daughter of the late William and Ella (Faye) Bauer. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Russell A. Crecelius and her dear daughter-in-law, Ellie Crecelius. Corinne will be most remembered for being a gentle woman who loved her family. She loved listening to music with a diverse interest all the way from opera to Pete Seeger and Alice Cooper. Wild flowers and bird watching were also favorite hobbies of hers. Survivors include her three sons, Michael Crecelius, Don Crecelius and wife, Edith, and Robert Crecelius and wife, Mary; six grandchildren, Katy, Cory, Christopher, Caroline, Matthew and Cora; and a host of friends and extended family. A private service will be held at a later date. Services have been entrusted to Cozean Memorial Chapel & Crematory in Farmington.
