Constance Louise Leclaire

Constance Louise "Connie" LeClaire, of Farmington passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at Brookside Manor at the age of 79. She was born January 12, 1937 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Albert Charles Schaffter and Ruby J. (Thompson) Schaffter. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Edward Schaffter.

Connie will be remembered for her contagious smile and her loving, generous and caring personality. One of her greatest accomplishments was raising three strong women. She enjoyed playing cards with her friends and loved the outdoors, camping and traveling. Connie lived life to the fullest.

Survivors include her three daughters, Sandra (Robert) Hall of Farmington, Victoria (Wayne) Mueller of Fort Scott, Kansas and Debra (Tim) Hrenak of Florissant, Missouri; a sister, Virginia Wenzara; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Also surviving is her former husband and father of her children, Elroy LeClaire.

Friends and family may call at Cozean Memorial Chapel and Crematory on Tuesday, May 31, from 9 10 a.m. Funeral services will follow beginning at 10 a.m. in the Cozean Chapel.
