Constance "Ann" Green

PARK HILLS - Constance "Ann" Green, 69, passed away July 9, 2016 at Country Meadows Skilled Nursing Center in Park Hills. She was born on January 31, 19047, in Oakland, California to the late John Richard and Constance Mildred (Merriam) Green.

She is survived by a brother, John B. Green of Bartlesville, OK and numerous other relatives and friends.

Ann formerly worked as a clerk at a convenience store and was a self employed beautician.

A memorial service will be held at later date in Kansas City. Arrangements handled through Cozean Memorial Chapel.
