Clyde William Hoehn

Clyde William Hoehn of Doe Run passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2006, at Barnes Jewish Hospital at the age of 61 years. He was born on March 21, 1945, in St. Francois County, the son of Franklin W. Hoehn and Eula (Cook) Hoehn. He was preceded by his father. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Sandra (Ely) Hoehn, his mother Eula (Cook) Hoehn of Troy, MO, a son Corey Hoehn of Doe Run, two daughters, Heather Stanfill, of Farmington, Amanda Looney and husband Everett, of Farmington, four grandchildren, Mikeala, Savanna, Cheyenne, Elijah, and Dakota, a brother, Claude "Frankie" Hoehn and wife Brenda, of Troy, MO, and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. Clyde enjoyed hunting and fishing with his wife. His other hobbies included wood working, fixing rod and reels, playing his Tetris game, and reading. He also very much enjoyed rocking his granddaughter, Shiny Nickel, and playing with all his grandchildren. He had a special buddy next door; they would see each other and holler, Hey neighbor! The family will receive friends at the Cozean Memorial Chapel from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, November 7, 2006. Visitation will resume on Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. with a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. John Rhoads officiating. Burial will follow at Doe Run Memorial. Memorials may be directed to the family.
