Charlotte Lynn Mills

FARMINGTON Charlotte Lynn Mills, of Farmington, passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at the age of 65. She was born in St Louis, Missouri on October 1, 1951 to the late Charles Lanear Tudor and Dorothy Mae (Nevills) Tudor. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers.

Charlotte moved to Farmington from St. Louis in 2013 so she could be close to her family. She loved spending time with her grandchildren who she adored.

She is survived by two sons, Michael Mills (Kelly Appollo) of Farmington and Frank Mills (Tara) of St. Charles and seven grandchildren.

There will be a memorial service on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Cozean Memorial Chapel. Immediately following the memorial service, everyone is invited to share with the family at a fellowship lunch to celebrate the life of Charolotte at the First Baptist Church across the street from the funeral home.
