Charles Matthews

Charles "Charlie" Matthews, of Farmington, Missouri, transitioned Saturday, May 26, 2018, in St. Louis Missouri at the age of 75. Charlie was born in Farmington, Missouri, on November 11, 1943 to the late Lynn Otis and Mary Jean Matthews.

Charlie was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. He's survived by his wife of 47 years, Sharron Matthews, his daughter Alexandra, of Charlotte, North Carolina, son Charles Jr. of San Antonio, Texas, sister Betty King, brother Bill Sr., grandson Cortney, many nieces and nephews, a multitude of friends from the St. Louis bowling community, and friends and co-workers from Delmar Gardens. He will be sorely missed!

Visitation will be held in St. Louis, MO, Monday, June 4th, 2018, from 4pm-7pm at Randall and Sons Funeral, 4600 Natural Bridge Avenue.

The service will be held at 11am Tuesday June 5th, 2018 at Grace Church, 26095 Creve Coeur Mill Rd, with Pastor Patricia Clardy officiating. In lieu of flowers, family request memorials to be directed to the American Heart Association and American Kidney Fund.
