Cecil Leroy Bollinger

FARMINGTON - Cecil Leroy Bollinger of Farmington, passed away on December 3, 2020 at Parkland Health Center at the age of 75. He was born on October 4, 1945 in Fredericktown, Missouri to Arthur and Maxine (Whitener) Bollinger. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Lee (Stacy) Bollinger who passed away in April of 2020. Cecil is survived by his son, Clark (and wife Christi) Bollinger, his grandchildren, Zachary, Hannah and Cameron, his sister in law, Sharon Mell, his brother in law, Eddie Stacy, along with many friends. Cecil was a retired manager for Jim Walters Corporation. He was a faithful member of Crossroads Church of God. He was also a member of the Elks Lodge # 1721 of Festus and the NRA. He enjoyed the outdoors especially hunting and fishing. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
