Carolyn Fay Hahs

JACKSON Carolyn Fay Hahs of Jackson passed away May 2, 2019 at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau at the age of 68. She was born August 11, 1950 in Cape Girardeau to the late John and Opal (Deimund) Hahs. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Judy (the late Roy) Stone and a brother in law, Larry Bollinger. Carolyn is survived by her sisters, Dorothy Bollinger of Jackson and Kathy (Mark) Tanz of Perryville, nieces and nephews, Scott Stone, Lori Maca, Tommy Stone, Paula (Brad) Meyr, Eric (Samantha) Gibbar and Jaclyn (John) Rodewald, and many great nieces and nephews. Carolyn formerly worked at the International Shoe Factory and was also a nurses aid and cook for Jackson Manor Nursing Home. She enjoyed puzzles, playing cards and reading. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Private services are being held. Arrangements are being handled by Cozean Memorial Chapel.
