Brian V. Mcgee

Brian V. McGee, 50, of Farmington passed away on June 14, 2007 at his residence. He was born on June 12, 1957, in Castro Valley, CA, to Nina (Bloom) and L. Vernell Fibber McGee. He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Dave Montgomery. Brian was a member of Delassus Baptist Church. He was a Union Sheet Metal Journeyman for Local #36. Brian was an avid hunter, fisherman and stockcar racing enthusiast. He was currently racing at the Doe Run Race Track. In his younger years he attended the Art Gains Baseball School, motocross raced in several states, and participated in martial arts and archery. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Beverly (Montgomery) McGee, six children, Timothy McGee and wife Amanda, Amie McGee of Venedy, IL, Sheena McGee of the home, Joshua Dement and wife, Christine of Farmington, Randi Tucker and Shane Dement, both of Desloge, a brother, Michael K. McGee and wife Susan of Desloge, sisters, Angela Beacham and Keri Moyers and husband Cary, all of Farmington, and eight grandchildren. Several nieces, nephews and numerous family and friends also survive. Friends may call at Cozean Memorial Chapel from 4:30 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, June 19, 2007. Visitation will resume at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Cozean Chapel with Pastor Chuck Lotz officiating. Burial will follow at Chestnut Ridge Cemetery.
