Brenda Kay Scoggins

FARMINGTON Brenda Kay Scoggins, of Farmington, entered into eternal rest on July 30, 2023, at Cedarhurst of Farmington at the age of 71. She was born on January 4, 1952, in Gideon, Missouri to the late Eugene and Lucille (Hatton) Nash. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Joe" Scoggins. Brenda is survived by her children, Kristina (Clif) Bone of Farmington and Derek Joe (Carrie) Scoggins of Farmington, her grandchildren, Andrew Bone, Michael Bone, Josh (Cindy) Scoggins, Lauren (Rodney) Reiter, and Chloe Scoggins, her great grandchildren, Mason, Addie Kay Nicole, Madilynn, Emrie Jane, Jensen Lee, Tilley Rose, and Riley Jo, her siblings, Dale Nash of Clarkton, Nelda (Elmer) Barnes of Troy, TN, and Carol (Jerry) Ladymon of Farmington, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends. Brenda formerly worked for the Farmington Correctional Center for many years. She enjoyed shopping, watching HGTV, and loved music, especially Elvis Presley. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. There will be no formal services held.
