Brandon Scott Rogers

FARMINGTON - Brandon Scott Rogers of Farmington passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at the Community Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center at the age of 30 years. He was born June 18, 1982 at Farmington. Brandon grew up in Farmington and attended school there graduating from Farmington High School in 2000. Since that time he was a self-employed painting contractor, specializing in residential painting. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing and was an avid fan of all types of sports. Brandon will be missed by all those who knew and loved him including his father Brian Scott Rogers of Farmington, his mother Kimberly G. (Johnson) Kimrey and husband Kerry of Farmington, brother Cody J. Rogers and (Lacy Mahurin) of Farmington, step-brothers Michael W. Kimrey of Farmington, Joshua T. and wife Sam Kimrey of Copperas Cove, TX, and Jordan T. Kimrey of Farmington, grandparents Larry and Ruth Johnson of Englewood, FL and Leroy and Louise Rogers of Anderson, SC, and great grandmother Mary T. Thompson of Farmington. Additionally he is survived by his his uncle and aunt Tim and Julia and cousins Sydney and Chelsey Lappe of Farmington and his uncle and aunt Bryan and Leslie and cousin Gavin Muench of Carlsbad, CA. Many other relatives, friends and neighbors also survive. A memorial service will be held on October 20, 2012 at 1:00pm at the Cozean Memorial Chapel & Crematory. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials, if desired, be made to Prefered Hospice.
