Billy Joe Branon

Billy Joe Branon of Warrenton, formerly of Farmington, went to be with the Lord on December 2, 2016. He was born on April 10, 1931 to the late William and Audie (Bloom) Branon. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Reverend Jack Branon, a sister, Maxine Womble, two grandsons and one great granddaughter.

Billy served his country during the Korean War in the U. S. Army and was a member of the Shriners and the Masons.

He is survived by five children, JoAnna (Scott) Seymore of Harrison, AR, Debbie (Danny) Clark of Valles Mines, MO, Steve (Terri) Branon of Harrison, AR, Becky Lowell of Warrenton, MO, and Tim (Sherri) Branon of Madisonville, KY; one brother, Jerry (Mae) Branon of Warrenton, MO; thirteen grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, many special nieces and nephews and a special cousin, Archie Counts. Also surviving are very special friends, Dorothy Edgemon and Roger Snider.

A graveside service will be held Monday, December 12 at 10 a.m. at Chestnut Ridge Cemetery. Services have been entrusted to Cozean Memorial Chapel. Share your memories and condolences at cozeanfuneralhome.com.
