Betty Ann Midgett

Betty Ann Midgett of Farmington passed away February 6, 2009, at the Mineral Area Regional Medical Center at the age of 76 years. She was born on July 11, 1932, at St. Louis, daughter of the late Edward Frank and Anna J. (Smith) Eikmeier. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Edwin S. Eikmeier. Before her retirement, Mrs. Midgett worked for many years in St. Louis at an industrial bakery. She was a member of the Genevieve Baptist Church. She is survived by a son Thomas Mooney of Farmington, a daughter Rosann Randazzo of Oakville, five grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends also survive. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. on Monday, February 9, at the Cozean Memorial Chapel. Visitation will continue from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, and from 7 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Wednesday, followed by funeral services at the Cozean Chapel, with the Rev. Elmer Killion officiating (). Burial will be at the Genevieve Baptist Church Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
