Benjamin William Wright

Benjamin William Wright of Farmington passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at the age of 22 years. He was born on February 6, 1989, in Farmington, son of Denise (Rowe) and Dale Wright. He was preceded in death by a brother, Joel Wright, and two grandfathers, William C. Wright and Darrell Rowe. Ben was a 2007 graduate of Farmington High School and a 2009 graduate from Mineral Area College. He currently was an English major at University of Missouri at Columbia. Ben was an amazing artist with special talents in acting, painting and drawing, and had a great sense of humor. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him and that includes his parents, Dale and Denise Wright, two sisters, Andrea Waddell (Tommie) and Stephanie Felker (Edward), all of Farmington, a brother, Aaron Wright of St. Louis, his grandmothers, Bernice Wright and Jennell Rowe, both of Farmington, a great-grandmother, Lelia Rowe of Desloge, nine nieces and nephews, Mary Catherine, Grant, Harrison and Emmaline Waddell, Ross, Elizabeth, Drew, Mallory and Lucy Felker, and his best friend, Tim Counts of Panama. Other relatives and friends also survive. Friends may call at Cozean Memorial Chapel & Crematory from 4 to 9 p.m. on Friday, November 25, 2011. Visitation will resume Saturday at Cozeans from 7 to 11 a.m. A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints of Farmington with Bishop Don Blum Jr. presiding. Interment will be at Hillview Memorial Gardens in Farmington. Memorials may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
