Anna Benscoter

Anna Bell (Gentry) Benscoter of Park Hills was called home on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at the age of 70 years. She was born on August 23, 1943 at Caruthersville, daughter of the late Richard and Ethel (Russom) Gentry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; Frank Leroy Benscoter, Jr., seven brothers and sisters, and two grandchildren: Dale and Leroy Webers. She is survived by her children; Frank (Jenny) Benscoter, III of Bonne Terre, Loretta Benscoter-Hurst of Bonne Terre, Larry (Joann) Benscoter, Sr. of Doe Run and Janice Benscoter-Webers of Park Hills. One sister Eulah (John) Smith of St. Louis, fifteen grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and other relatives. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. on Monday, October 21, 2013 at the Cozean Memorial Chapel & Crematory. A funeral service will be held at the Cozean Chapel on Tuesday at 11 a.m. with the Reverend Matt Prihoda officiating. Interment will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Ste. Genevieve County.
