Andrea Michele Simmons

FARMINGTON Andrea Michele Simmons, of Farmington, passed away October 4, 2020 at Camelot Skilled Nursing and Rehab at the age of 54. She was born on June 8, 1966 in Memphis, Tennessee to Joan Ellen (Heck) Armstrong and the late Langdon Jones II. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Jim Armstrong, her brother, Quintin Jones, her grandparents, Jesse and Helen Heck of Farmington and Robert H. and Evelyn Jones of Kennett and her aunt, Patricia J. Yankouski. Andrea is survived by her mother, Joan Ellen (Heck) Armstrong of Farmington, her children, Jesse Simmons of St. Louis and Justine Simmons of Farmington, her granddaughter, Rylee Willhelm, her siblings, Lillith Jones of Bryant, AR, Langdon Jones III of Bryant, AR, Amanda Armstrong of St. Louis, and Jay (Rachel) Armstrong of Farmington, her nieces, Rosalie and Josephine Armstrong, her stepmother, Esther Jones of Bryant, AR, her aunts and uncle, Lauranne Wood of Lakeland, FL and Mike (Pat) Jones of Lakeland, FL, her special dog, Sadie, along with numerous cousins and friends. Andrea enjoyed cooking, gardening, reading, traveling and swimming but most of all spending time with her precious granddaughter, Rylee. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 14 from 3:00pm-5:00pm at Cozean Memorial Chapel.
