Allyn Carol Hill

FARMINGTON Allyn Carol Hill, of Farmington, entered into eternal rest on March 27, 2023, at her home surrounded by her loved ones at the age of 79. She was born on November 14, 1943, in San Francisco, California, to the late Allen Jackson Zahn and Vera (Van Voris) Corda. Allyn is survived by her children, Elizabeth (David) Marinoble of Citrus Heights, CA, Richard Van McDonald II of Farmington, and Joel McDonald of Vallejo, CA, her grandchildren, Adryana, Kristina, Olivia, Lilah, Ethan, Adam, Cameron, David, Christopher, and Nicole, her great grandchildren, Ethan, Ryder, Asher, Evelyn, Sierra, Harmony, Luke, Connor, and Melody, her sister, Cherie Lyman of Sacramento, CA, along with many other family members and friends. Allyn loved her family dearly, was a "mother" to many throughout her life and will be remembered as always being willing to help anyone. She was tough as nails and fought the fight till the very end. She was a lover and rescuer of all animals in need. Allyn will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
